The rolling mill in Meschede is known worldwide as a supplier of aluminium surfaces in the area of bright and anodised materials as well as aluminium plates and rounds. The products are used in exterior components and interior fittings for cars and commercial vehicles, as well as in machine and plant construction, decorative front panels for furniture, suitcases, reflectors for lights, cosmetics packaging and much more. As a niche and specialist producer of high-quality semi-finished rolled products and stamped blanks, the development expertise practised with customers over many years is one of the company's strengths. BEKU Dichtungselemente GmbH was founded in 1989 in the Taunus area of Hesse, Germany, and has since specialised in the CNC manufacturing of seals and sealing elements, predominantly in the area of hydraulics. However, we also supply seals for pneumatics and general mechanical engineering applications. We are in a position to manufacture rod and piston seals, wipers, support and guide rings, flat gaskets, rotor bearings and O-rings in all common plastic and rubber materials and deliver these as part of an overnight service. Unique product? No problem! Our individual manufacturing procedure gives us a high level of flexibility and the shortest delivery times. All seals and sealing elements manufactured by us are made from high-quality materials such as polyurethane, NBR, EPDM, Viton, silicone, POM, PA, UMMWPE, PTFE, and Ekonol and conform to the highest standards in quality.

We have the capacity to handle a wide range of diameters, from 80 to 5000 mm and up to 20 tonnes, working with alloys created in-house. Our catalogue includes copper alloys, stainless steels, special steels and aluminiums. We manufacture and machine round items (rings, sleeves, tubes and cylinders) using centrifugal (spun) casting processes. We deliver parts as blanks or machined.
