In 1948, the company was founded by Josef and Antonia Frischeis in Stockerau (Lower Austria). With consistency, market proximity and immense personal commitment, they laid the foundations on which the company has developed from a local wood trading company to the international JAF Group: With 58 sites in 17 countries throughout Central Europe, it is now the leading wholesaler of wood and wooden materials. In Austria, J.u.A. Frischeis offers 700 people a secure job. Internationally, the JAF Group employs around 3000 members of staff. Well-trained and dedicated employees are the basis of our business success. A nationwide branch network, an immense variety of products and a permanent stock of 20, 000 items enable prompt delivery of goods. The modern fleet with 300 forklifts, 86 of our own trucks and 164 forwarding vehicles guarantees quality and punctuality in delivery. Producing bespoke furniture is also part of our offer.

The ISOVOLTA Group is global leader in manufacturing electrical insulating materials, technical laminates and composites and has a global presence. The Group's 16 manufacturing and sales sites in 11 countries across three continents, capitalise on many years of experience in synthesising and converting raw materials into highly reliable, smart materials.
