DeLeyer Food was founded in 1914 as a rusk factory in Boxtel, The Netherlands. In 2006 we developed the product ChocoWriters, and since 2012 we produce a wide range of cake decorations and ingredients, mostly as private label. Depending on how the products are packed and labeled, we can produce your home brand starting at low quantities. The product range includes natural and azo-free food colorings, synthetic food colorings, colors for chocolate, sugar fondant paste, fondant icing, glamour glaze with sparkles in the colors gold and silver, different types of decorating tubes, including our invention Choco Writers, or decorating pens filled with a glitter filling for sparkle on pastry. Our main markets are Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. We supply to retailers, wholesalers and brands. The company Sethness Roquette has specialized in manufacturing caramels used in a variety of forms (liquid, paste, powder and flakes) for small agri-food trades and industries since 1880. Sethness Roquette has expanded to become the leading caramel producer with global presence thanks to its four production sites. SPECIALITY CARAMELS: Speciality caramels include a wide assortment of caramels, ranging from milk caramel, salted butter caramel, to vegan and low-sugar caramel. These caramels, that come in paste or flake form, offer a texture and taste that are unique to each product. Various ingredients can be used (honey, milk, cream, chocolate, butter, vegetable fats, and so on). CARAMEL COLOURINGS: Caramel colors are the most heavily used colourings in the agri-food industry. Caramel colourings are renowned for their quality, and offer different soluble solutions for every application to standardize the colour. BURNT SUGARS : Burnt sugars come in liquid or powder form, and are caramelized sugars that add caramel taste and/or colour to food products. AROMATIC CARAMELS: Aromatic caramels are produced using controlled action of heat on food-grade sugars. Coming in liquid or solid form, they provide a more or less pronounced caramel taste depending on the end requirement. We produce caramels of the honey, traditional or strong flavours by varying the cooking time.
