We are a company in the field of CNC machining, specialising in the production of screws, connecting elements and made-to-order parts. Our company is based in Trier, near the Luxembourg border. The materials that we use for manufacturing include stainless steels, chrome-nickel steels and super duplex such as 1.4410 or 1.4501, as well as high-temperature nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 2.4856 or Nimonic 2.4952. We boast over ten years of experience, and we manufacture products on two new CNC-controlled machines as well as numerous others. The steel and graze for enamel porcelain for our products are supplied by a Japanese company. Our products are known for their consistently high quality. Some our pots are constructed using 1.8mm thick steel, while kettles and teapots are made with 0.8mm thick steel. We take pride in our products' exceptional heat efficiency, durability, and user-friendly design, thanks to their precisely calibrated weight. Additionally, we have a Japanese factory dedicated to producing high-end models, including export models and watch parts.
