MAISON BOTEH is a family business created by a mother and son team that specialises in upscale foods with a taste of Persia and Iran. Our products are made in the traditional manner, combining creativity with a deep-held love of Iranian cuisine. We also offer two further services: Creation of white label products & sourcing of products Made in France. Further details see below: We have several activities: 1/ Sale of products from MAISON BOTEH: •Single product: L’Or Noir, Iranian black lemon paste, •Persian-flavoured jams (see products). - Available in formats: for retail or hospitality trade: from 100g to 500g / Hotels: 28g, 42g, - organic is possible, - IFS Certification • Spices (saffron, sumac, etc.), dried fruits (pistachio, wild almond, etc.) and dehydrated fruits (strawberry, Iranian mango, - organic possible. 2/ Suppliers of white label products: - We create the recipes for you, - We can create the label with you too if you don't have a graphic designer, - We work with you to create your specifications. 3/ Sourcing gourmet products that are Made in France: - a network of partners allows us to assist you with your search for French produce. As farmers, distillers, chemists and experts in aromatherapy, cosmetics and perfumery, Essences Naturelles Corses is a leading actor in growing, distilling, extracting and transforming aromatic and medicinal plants from Corsica. Our company has taken root in the lands surrounding the Bordéo farm, worked by our family since 1962. A symbiotic relationship grounded in respect has been established between the plants, our family and, by extension, the company. We are proud to hold organic and biodynamic certifications, issued by Ecocert and Demeter, since 1985. Raw materials used at our distillery are sourced either from our gardens and fields or are foraged in the wild, particularly the aromatic plants endemic to the vegetation in Corsica. We have also, since 2020, revived partnerships for growing plants such as the Immortelle. Our commitment to quality and respecting nature guides everything we do. Every essential oil from Essences Naturelles Corses is certified 100% organic, 100% pure, 100% natural and 100% total, incorporating all of a plant's aromatic components. This excellence forms part of our commitment to biodynamic farming methods and respect for nature at every stage, from field to distillery.

Her dishes, were often the making of joyful family gatherings, standing witness to her passion for authentic flavours. Macerated rum was one of her quintessential kitchen treasures, the precious heritage that she passed down to her grandson, Xavier Ricci. Xavier, a true master artisan, brilliantly combines family know-how while applying an uncompromising firm hand when selecting raw materials. At Ti ’Bio, every fruit, carefully chosen for its organic and eating quality, is transformed into a rich, pure essence, thanks to supervised maceration that amplifies their aromas. The result? Not only are they 100% organic macerated rums, but they are infused with a genuine spirit of terroir. The company's total commitment to craftsmanship sets it apart: no machines, no subcontracting, just Xavier's expert hands ensure that every bottle is perfect, from the moment the ingredients arrive through to bottling. This commitment is also borne out byn sustainable development, with raw materials only sourced from organic farming and fair trade. Since Ti ’Bio was bought out in 2024 it is Jean Yves Etevenard who has taken over the reins with all his expertise as a cellar master in the world of Cognac.
