Spelleken as its successor, J&H Industrielle Gebläsetechnik GmbH – along with its managing director Torsten Hoeveler, a skilled technician formerly of the Spelleken company with well-founded knowledge and more than 20 years' experience in the industry – provides a comprehensive range of services for new deliveries, repairs, replacement parts and maintenance of Spelleken rotary blowers. In order to maintain the high standards of quality associated with Spelleken products, all blower components are manufactured at our in-house mechanical machining facilities. J&H industrielle Gebläsetechnik GmbH has been operating internationally ever since its founding in 2002.

Thanks to more than 60 years of concentrated further development of our core business, our company now specialises in producing grids and meshes of all kinds for our customers. We provide products both for retail and directly for end customers. Our company was founded in 1945 as a metalworking company with subdivisions for fencing and door construction. Even in its early years, the company incorporated a small mechanical engineering department, in order to design wire processing machines for in-house use. In the 1970s, wire weaving developed into an equally important source of income for the company. In 1978, the first fully automatic production facility for corrugated grids and stamping grids was built, the company relocated to Erkrath and new markets were opened up thanks to the company concentrating on manufacturing wire meshes. In 1995, the product range was expanded to include spot-welded grids and profile edgings. Manufacturing is now carried out on four fully automated production lines.

Our company was founded in 1864 as F. Ossenberg & Co. KG, and is now in its fifth generation of family ownership. Since the acquisition by Julius Grefe KG in 1997, we have traded under the name "Ossenberg & Grefe". We are naturally certified in accordance with ISO 9001. The original manufacturing programme for both companies consisted of buckles, rings and hooks for the textile and leather processing sector. Over time, articles for other areas of application were added to the product range. Today, alongside our standard range of products, we specialise in the manufacturing of wire-bending, punching and assembly products for more than 1000 customers from a wide variety of sectors. To this end, our 60-strong team manufacture approximately 500, 000 parts a day over a production area of 5000 m². Thanks to our versatile machining options, in-house tool manufacturing facilities and electroplating equipment, we are able to find quick and cost-effective solutions to complex challenges.

The IBAG Group is one of the leading manufacturers of high-frequency engine spindles for use on machine tools, lathes and grinding machines. In addition to the sale and servicing of IBAG products and services, IBAG Germany specialises in the correct use of HSC technology. In our technology and demonstration centre at the Lindlar (DE) site, customer requirements can be implemented, analysed and optimised at full scale. Your employees will be trained in the use of HSC technology. At its Lindlar site, IBAG Germany produces the majority of the high-precision parts used in IBAG spindles. This guarantees constant quality from the purchase of materials to the final acceptance. Our in-house part production means that we can meet our customers needs and delivery wishes more quickly and efficiently.
