The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

As a niche and specialist producer of high-quality semi-finished rolled products and stamped blanks, the development expertise practised with customers over many years is one of the company's strengths. KB Schmiedetechnik GmbH is a highly certified West German drop forge - forgings of all steel grades, including duplex, titanium, nickel-based superalloys like Monel® or Hastelloy®, Incoloy®, Inconel® – up to 130Kg unit weight.
