JuNie specialises in the production of high-quality furniture locks and industrial fasteners. We have been developing and manufacturing for over 140 years at our site in Velbert, Germany. The fact that we manufacture our own tools and moulds in-house ensures a high level of precision and flexibility in our work. Our modern machinery enables us to carry out a variety of manufacturing techniques, such as CNC-controlled die casting and injection moulding as well as punching and turning. The demand for high-quality products requires a reliable assembly process that either takes place manually or is fully automated, depending on technical and economic requirements. Regular quality controls guarantee the functionality of the final product. Thanks to our extensive warehouse of semi-finished and ready-to-deliver parts, we are able to supply our customers with our products in a very short space of time. The ability to make repeat orders or extensions to master key systems is guaranteed for decades to come, since all the necessary data for this is archived.

Its core areas of expertise include global design and engineering, production and commissioning, and after-sales services for machines and systems in production and intralogistics. TRAPO solutions are used across different industries for picking, packing (de)palletising, packaging, warehousing and in sorting and distribution technology. The goal: Satisfying the globally increasing demand for the automation of all production processes. The claim: Offering solutions to the automation of various production processes before the demand emerges. Customers all over the world benefit from the experience and expertise of more than 60 years. With state-of-the-art technology, TRAPO GmbH is thus setting new standards globally for smooth transitions in production and intralogistics. Research and development are always of central importance in the in-house technical centre. TRAPO GmbH develops optimal solutions together with its customers, and puts all functions to the test under real-world conditions in the TRAPO technical centre.

BURRE HYDRAULIK GMBH

Founded in 1964 by Karl-Heinz Burre (Dipl.-Ing.), Burre Hydraulik began operations in 1965. The original idea of an engineering office was quickly rejected and its own small manufacturing facilities began. The first developments comprised control valves for hydraulic excavators, explosion-protected solenoid valves and diaphragm valves. In 1972, the company moved into the newly constructed production hall on the site on which Burre Hydraulik's headquarters still stand today. A 540 m² production area allowed more space for putting the founder's innovative ideas into practice. Burre Hydraulik thus designed and produced items including explosion-proof solenoid valves for the refuelling systems of diesel locomotives belonging to Deutsche Bahn. But Karl-Heinz Burre realised quickly that the future lay in hydraulic control systems and equipment, and he orientated the company accordingly. He accepted the challenge here and often entered uncharted technical territory. He therefore had a significant influence on the automation of machinery for the textile industry. But he was also successful in other technical areas. For example, he developed an automatic scuttle for seagoing vessels. The production area also grew consistently in line with this development, and is now over 5000 m².
