ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH manufactures systems required for conveying, dosing, applying, filling, and emptying medium to high-viscosity fluids. The headquarter is in Töging a. Inn (Bavaria). ViscoTec has subsidiaries in the USA, in China, Singapore, India, in France and in Hong Kong and employs about 300 people worldwide. Numerous sales partners all over the world complete the international distribution network. Next to technically sophisticated solutions to even the most complicated application, ViscoTec is the single point of contact to deliver all components for a complete system: From emptying to preparing and to dosing. This guarantees successful interaction of all components. All fluids showing a viscosity of up to 7.000.000 mPas can be conveyed and dosed almost pulsation-free and with extremely low shear. ViscoTec offers comprehensive consulting for every application and, if required, extensive tests will be carried out in close cooperation with the customer. The dosing pumps and systems are perfectly adapted to their respective application whether it is the food sector, the e-mobility industry, the aerospace field, the medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, electronics manufacturing or many other branches.

precise pumps – smart solutions HNP Mikrosysteme develops, manufactures and markets pumps worldwide. These micro annular gear pumps (mzr®-pumps) are used where fast and highly precise dosage is required. Five pump series enable: - a minimum dosage volume of 0.25 µl - a flow rate range from 1 µl/h to 1152 ml/min - pressure up to 150 bar These pumps stand out for their pulseless delivery, minimal dead volume, long service life, small dimensions, highly resistant materials and ease of maintenance. Furthermore, we offer individual application advice as well as filling and dosing systems for the following areas: - mechanical and plant engineering - chemical and pharmaceutical process engineering - medical and analytical instrumentation Every metering application brings new challenges. HNPM is based in Schwerin (in the North of Germany). MP GmbH Montage- und Prüfsysteme was established in 1990 and develops and produces bespoke machines for assembly, measuring and testing processes, tailored to customer requirements. For the assembly machines, we use our modular system with custom process design. Our MP joining press, process controller (traceability) and dosing quantity tester are hugely popular among are customers and are put to use in many applications. Our clients, who include AAM, Biotronik, BMW, Bosch, Continental, Daimler, Häfele, Linamar, Magna, Nidec, Oerlikon, Stihl, Volkswagen, ZF and many more, operate in the fields of automotive manufacture, medicine, furniture and garden tools. We support our clients through our extensive expertise in the assembly and testing of gearboxes, exhaust gas recirculation coolers, camshaft modules, viscous dampers, automotive pumps, artificial pacemakers, colostomy bags, dowels, hedge trimmers, etc. and have previously supplied to clients in Brazil, China, Mexico, Thailand and the USA.
