ORAFOL Fresnel Optics GmbH is a manufacturer of micro-structured polymer optics based in Apolda (Thuringia, Germany). The company was founded in 1991 and evolved into a leading specialist for polymer Fresnel lenses and similar products (e.g. fresnel prisms, diffusors and microlens arrays) in a wide range of sizes for a multitute of applications. Our components are used in industrial image processing systems, optical sensors, lighting, display technology, automotive and solar energy among others. We offer both the production and adaption of standard products as well as the entire development of customer-specific solutions including the high volume production of microstructured optical polymer components and sub-assemblies.
