EDIS Anlagenbau GmbH was founded in 1995 and possesses considerable experience in the production of plants, machines and systems as prototypes and in small batches. Our core expertise lies in the production of complete assemblies for various high-tech sectors such as solar technology, vacuum technology and coating technology. Over 100 highly motivated employees produce custom machines, plants and assemblies to the highest standards of quality in production facilities occupying over 10, 000 m². We supervise your projects through all stages of the process, from development and prototype design through to series production and assembly. In doing so, we place great emphasis on quality, reliability and efficiency. For our customers in international mechanical engineering, outsourcing is an important competitive factor, and they frequently rely on us to handle certain production activities for them or temporarily resort to our services to overcome capacity bottlenecks.

When the optics company, Carl Zeiss, discussed outsourcing the “signage” activity, I, Matthias Wetzel, seized the opportunity and founded Matthias Wetzel INDUSTRIEBESCHRIFTUNGEN GmbH in 1999 in the form of a management buy-out. This enabled me to realise my vision of an efficient signage centre. What began with four employees has now grown to become a team of almost 40 staff. To ensure that we continue to work with specialist professionals in the future, we have provided in-house training since 2004. With the marking and varnishing of high-quality industrial products in the fields of appliance engineering, optical precision appliance engineering, systems and mechanical engineering and electronics and precision tools, our company has developed into an acknowledged surface treatment centre.

Näeme end laiendatud töölauana ja oleme nii masinaehituse tarnija kui ka tarnija tööstusele, mis vajab üksikuid jõuülekandeosi. Kliendid on pärit mere-, raudtee-, tuule-, spetsiaalsete hammasrataste/erihammasrataste ja tehaste ehitusest. Strateegilise tarnijana ja näiteks Aasiast pärit pikkadest tarnemarsruutidest sõltumatuna peetakse meid usaldusväärseks kohalikuks partneriks ning hindame ka lühikeste tarneaegade ja hea suhtlusega. Oleme kontaktiks hammasrataste tehnoloogia, peaajamite, masinaelementide, laeva hammasrataste, suurte hammasrataste, kaevandustehnoloogia, hammasrataste tootmise üldiselt, tuntud ettevõtete hammasvõllide osas ning pakume teile ka strateegilist partnerlust usaldusväärse masinaehituse tarnijana. Ekspertidena võtame juba praegu tootmisettevõtete allhanget. Pole harvad juhud, kui oleme tuuleturbiinide, hüdroelektrijaamade, gaasikompressiooni või keskülekande osade strateegiline tarnija. Näiteks kasutatakse meie tooteid ka raudtee hammasrataste, planetaarülekannete, kroonhammasrataste sidurite jms jaoks.
