The founding of the company dates back to 1912. At that time, the company was established under the name Wolst & Staudt KG in Nuremberg, Germany. In 1973, the company relocated to Gerhardshofen, its current headquarters, and rebranded as EURO SOUVENIRS GMBH in 1979. As an importer, the company has specialised particularly in toys, souvenirs, gift items and fashion items. In order to offer the best possible service to our customers, 25 employees work in our company office and warehouse over an area of over 7000 m². In addition, eight employees travel as part of our external sales team, providing specialists advice to customers in person. Over 2000 products are sold exclusively B2B. End users are advised to visit the specialist retailers. The product range is presented all year round in the online shop, in our annual complete catalogue and in the exhibition space in Gerhardshofen, Germany.

The company policy of AWK Verschlüsse GmbH & Co KG is based on three keystones: Quality, flexibility and service. And responsibility for the environment is always a focus here. Our committed team produces around 1.3 billion closures a year in two shifts. The history of AWK Verschlüsse GmbH & Co KG dates back to 1989, and production started in November 1990 with five production lines. In 1997, we were certified according to DIN ISO 9001. With the integration of PP production in 2003, we extended our portfolio to include seven more production lines. 2014 was the start of production machinery for the manufacture of PVC-free closures. GEDA – worldwide presence with products made in Germany Founded in 1929 GEDA GmbH has specialized in designing and manufacturing hoists to be used on construction sites and for industrial purposes all over the world. The wide range of products comprises, amongst others, rope guided hoists, rack and pinion hoists, rubbish chutes, mast climbing platforms as well as ladder hoists and safety systems for hoists. GEDA machines are able to transport loads from 60 kg to 3.7 tonnes. People and materials can be lifted up to a height of 400 m. With all this, GEDA offers by far the widest product range of all building hoist constructors worldwide. Moreover, the company has a special department for building maintenance units and has been in the industrial elevator business for years. GEDA has become one of the leading producers worldwide over the last nine decades. Today 500 employees ensure the high quality of GEDA products. Another decisive factor is the employment of state of the art technologies for designing as well as for manufacturing the machines. There are three locations in Germany, next to the headquarters in Asbach-Bäumenheim (in the federal state of Bavaria), branches in Gera and in Bergkamen. In addition, international branches in the USA and of course an international established dealer network, which guarantees the supply of spare parts and a sufficient number of service points in Germany and around the world.
