OhmEx Industrielle Elektrowärme GmbH designs, and supplies customer-specific electric process heaters and electric switchboards for use in safe areas and explosion-protected zones according to ATEX and IECEx. These process heaters carry the CE marking in compliance with current CENELEC standards and comply with the applicable IEC standards. Our main areas of expertise and services are as follows: Consultation (feasibility study/economic viability study/quotation), planning (design planning/3D model/thermodynamic calculations/design testing), production (mechanical production/welding/electrical work/pressure tanks/acceptance, e.g. TÜV/final inspection), commissioning (documentation/personnel training). Together with our external production partner, Mainsite Technologies GmbH, we create the preconditions required for efficient, innovative and inexpensive product solutions. Vacuum soldering and a few other kinds of joining technology form the core strengths of REUTER TECHNOLOGIE. We develop and manufacture highly precise precision-engineered products that contain vacuum-sealed joints between metal, ceramic or crystalline materials. Our vast experience in vacuum soldering is incorporated in every part of the component development process. REUTER TECHNOLOGIE employs experienced materials experts, physicists and engineers as well as highly specialised skilled workers who all have access to – besides cutting edge mechanical production systems – a fully equipped test centre with testing laboratory and a clean room. Founded in 1995 by fellow engineers Frank Grosch and Ralph Wolfrum, the company has come to focus on designing, building, fully installing and commissioning systems for flue gas purification and energy recovery. Our systems are being put to work not only in western and eastern Europe, but also in North America, Asia and Australia. Our technical team is made up of process technology engineers, fluid mechanical engineers and electrical engineers, as well as chemists, physicists, designers, technicians and draughtsmen, all of whom are experts in their field. To ensure our high quality standards are maintained, our systems are subject to continuous checks and interim acceptance tests during production. This results in high levels of availability and safety in our systems.
