Manufacture of technical assemblies from metal, in particular from wire and sheet metal. Processing of 0.5 to 14 mm dia. wire, including small batches of steel, spring steel and stainless steel. Since 1830, wire goods have been demonstrably produced in the Volcanic Eifel region of Germany. In this almost 200-year-old tradition, our experienced employees have been producing baskets and grids made of wire and sheet metal with the aid of modern machines at our Hillesheim site since 1997. Development, manufacturing and distribution of wire and metal goods for industrial, commercial kitchen and laboratory applications as well as for medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry, particularly wire baskets, grilles and racks.

To this aim, HPT Hirsch Prüftechnik GmbH offers the following services: Development, design and production of direct current pulse devices for magnetic particle testing (MT) and the demagnetisation of steel components Distribution and sale of devices Inspection, maintenance, repair and safety checks of supplied devices Commissioning of devices on customer's premises Training of test personnel Laboratory testing, research and development projects on behalf of customers
