As a leading manufacturer of permanent magnetic components, we have offered all our products and services from a single source since 1963. From the development, design and manufacturer of our own tools and products, the production of individual stamped and drawn parts, as well as plastic injection moulding parts, through to the installation of the magnet systems, everything is located at one site in Hardt. With a modern machine fleet, innovative product concepts and a high level of expertise in consultancy, we manufacturer several million magnet systems "Made in Germany" every year. An extensive inventory of standard products enables rapid and flexible order processing. This means that it is possible to supply everything from small individual parts to large series parts. The application areas for the permanent magnetic components range from the automotive industry, the lighting and medical equipment industry and the building sector to decorative applications and name badges.

We are experts in precious metal coating of micro parts up to large-scale geometrically challenging parts in decorative and technical applications. With our team and managing director Daniel Proba, who has a background working at a long-established electroplating company in Southern Germany, we meet your individual requirements using state-of-the-art processes and systems engineering. Our company site, comprising 5800 square metres, is located in Böbingen an der Rems, a location in Southern Germany providing optimal infrastructure and thriving nature. Our production area comprises 1400 square metres and is equipped with one of the largest fully automatic electroplating plants in Europe for precious metal coatings at the rack, enabling us to produce various gold and bronze coatings with maximum workpiece sizes of up to 16 metres – tailor-made for your projects.

Today, the company is one of the best-performing companies in its sector whose expertise is put to use in the diverse industrial branches. The patented Tfe-Lok® coating led to the founding of Tfe-Lok® Peter Schreiber GmbH in 1988. The development of numerous process variants has led to solutions in the most diverse fields of application worldwide.

Martinrea Honsel is a leading global supplier of light metal products, primarily for the automotive industry. The company produces aluminium components for the engine, transmission, chassis and body of cars and commercial vehicles, as well as for mechanical engineering and other applications using all common casting and rolling production processes. Components from the company reduce vehicle weight, fuel consumption and emissions, and make a significant contribution to environmental protection. Today, Martinrea Honsel employs around 4100 people in 13 plants across five countries. The rolling mill in Meschede is known worldwide as a supplier of aluminium surfaces in the area of bright and anodised materials as well as aluminium plates and rounds. The products are used in exterior components and interior fittings for cars and commercial vehicles, as well as in machine and plant construction, decorative front panels for furniture, suitcases, reflectors for lights, cosmetics packaging and much more.
