We are a highly reliable and efficient supplier of deep-drawn parts with an outstanding sense of quality. A strong track record when it comes to innovation, competitive prices, the use of modern machinery in manufacturing and motivated employees have made us a powerful A-supplier among the supplier industry in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. We are a medium-sized, family-run company with a 143-year-long history in the manufacturing of deep-drawn parts. We specialise in the manufacturing of rotationally symmetric formed parts from all materials that can be deep-drawn, such as Nirosta, brass, steel, copper, aluminium, etc. We predominantly produce supplier parts for the automotive, sanitation and furniture industries. Our machine pool includes 20 automatic progressive forming machines with up to 63 Mp of compressive force.

We offer you a number of (special) materials and surfaces which can be adapted to your precise specifications. Initial prototypes are provided reliably, also in accordance with the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) or PPAP. RoHS and REACH conformity, sustainable procurement and considerate handling of resources are very important to us. Purchasing and quality assurance agreements, as well as customer and supplier audits, as the basis of our daily work. In addition to the procurement of all special, turned and standard parts, we also provide you with a C-parts management system which can be adapted precisely to your requirements and circumstances.

Founded by my grandfather in 1946, our family-run company has been continually developing ever since in line with the market requirements – from a spare parts manufacturer for the mining industry to an inter- nationally renowned specialist in power transmission engineering. Today, we develop and produce torsionally flexible couplings at a high level of vertical integration under the REICH-KUPPLUNGEN brand. These products are predominantly used for combustion engines in stationary and mobile applications – for example in power generation plants, in construction machinery, in commercial vehicles, in railway engineering, and in the shipbuilding industry. Another essential component of our success is the “Designed to Customer” principle which allows us to create customised high-quality and long-lasting power transmission products in close cooperation with the customer. Ekspertidena võtame juba praegu tootmisettevõtete allhanget. Pole harvad juhud, kui oleme tuuleturbiinide, hüdroelektrijaamade, gaasikompressiooni või keskülekande osade strateegiline tarnija.
