Our extensive experience in the design and construction of several thousand heaters ensures that our work is safe and routine. There has been a growing tradition of constructing heat transfer oil systems in the region around the district town of Wiesloch in Baden over the course of the last few decades. The "Wiesloch" design of these systems has become globally known for its brand and quality. The employees of Ascentec GmbH are all recognised specialists in the industry with many years of professional practice. Many of them come from the former company of "Apparatebau Wiesloch", a pioneer in heat transfer oil systems that is also rich in tradition. That's why it's not surprising that, despite being a young company, we nevertheless have decades of experience in the design, construction and implementation of thermotechnical systems. The choice of the headquarters of the Ascentec company in the industrial area of St. Leon-Rot, in the vicinity of Wiesloch, is not a coincidence either. We feel connected to the tradition of boiler construction that reigns here. Our heat transfer oil heater designs follow the globally known "Wiesloch" design that is valued for its reliability and high quality, and unite this with modern construction methods and insights. Our engineering expertise, in conjunction with close cooperation with selected suppliers and proven manufacturing and installation partners, ensures the consistently high quality and reliability of the products.

For more than 50 years, Poll has offered the latest technology in the area of chimney construction. During the course of this time, we have developed 15 chimney systems, covering all applications. Today, we plan, develop and install chimney systems for business, industry and residential construction. Our chimney systems are made from high-quality stainless steel. Higher level of thermal insulation and increased environmental friendliness are assumed here.

IDG-Dichtungstechnik GmbH sees itself as a technology centre for innovative high and ultra-high performance seals. As a developer and manufacturer, IDG concentrates its competence on seals whose materials are mainly based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). IDG uses the brand name of MANOY® for all products constructed on the basis of its own compounds. The IDG product programme comprises seals, O‑rings and bearing elements for all standard industrial applications. These are summarised here in the corresponding catalogues. IDG seals come in versions compliant with DIN/ISO as well as with industry standards that have been developed on the market and at IDG. Another focus of our activities lies in the adaptive design and manufacture of seals and sealing elements for special requirements. Special seals are often needed because of the dimensions of existing grooves in older constructions. Customised special seals. IDG offers the exceptional service of developing high-performance, customer-specific seals for complex sets of requirements on an individual basis. In this we are helped by, among other things, our wide-ranging experience with very special MANOY® material compounds. Industry-specific seals. Food processing technology and hydroelectric engineering place quite specific demands on seals. Standardised industrial seals are usually unsuitable for a variety of reasons.

MITTELDEUTSCHE PAPIER GMBH

In the last few weeks, ISM GmbH has built a state-of-the-art processing centre for paper and cardboard in eastern Thuringia in the heart of Germany. Here, raw materials from paper and cardboard manufacturers are further processed into rolls and formats for a wide variety of industries. For this purpose, high-performance machines have been purchased and put into operation in the last few weeks, with which ISM is able to significantly increase quality and productivity. ISM's balance sheet will also improve considerably from an environmental point of view, since the new machine park saves a lot of energy per ton and also reduces material consumption, as production can be carried out more effectively. If required, we are also available for contract services and we can process your materials. BURRE HYDRAULIK GMBH

Founded in 1964 by Karl-Heinz Burre (Dipl.-Ing.), Burre Hydraulik began operations in 1965. The original idea of an engineering office was quickly rejected and its own small manufacturing facilities began. The first developments comprised control valves for hydraulic excavators, explosion-protected solenoid valves and diaphragm valves. In 1972, the company moved into the newly constructed production hall on the site on which Burre Hydraulik's headquarters still stand today. A 540 m² production area allowed more space for putting the founder's innovative ideas into practice. Burre Hydraulik thus designed and produced items including explosion-proof solenoid valves for the refuelling systems of diesel locomotives belonging to Deutsche Bahn. But Karl-Heinz Burre realised quickly that the future lay in hydraulic control systems and equipment, and he orientated the company accordingly. He accepted the challenge here and often entered uncharted technical territory. He therefore had a significant influence on the automation of machinery for the textile industry. But he was also successful in other technical areas. For example, he developed an automatic scuttle for seagoing vessels. The production area also grew consistently in line with this development, and is now over 5000 m².
