Our company was founded in 1864 as F. Ossenberg & Co. KG, and is now in its fifth generation of family ownership. Since the acquisition by Julius Grefe KG in 1997, we have traded under the name "Ossenberg & Grefe". We are naturally certified in accordance with ISO 9001. The original manufacturing programme for both companies consisted of buckles, rings and hooks for the textile and leather processing sector. Over time, articles for other areas of application were added to the product range. Today, alongside our standard range of products, we specialise in the manufacturing of wire-bending, punching and assembly products for more than 1000 customers from a wide variety of sectors. To this end, our 60-strong team manufacture approximately 500, 000 parts a day over a production area of 5000 m². Thanks to our versatile machining options, in-house tool manufacturing facilities and electroplating equipment, we are able to find quick and cost-effective solutions to complex challenges.

J.H. Ziegler is your specialist partner for needle fleece materials, foam-fleece composites, non-woven materials with a multilayer structure and laminated materials with a number of different areas of application: As highly efficient acoustic absorbers in automotive interiors and exteriors; as laminating material for leather lamination or material for understitching of vehicle seats and chairs; for acoustic and thermal insulation in buildings and properties; and various other applications that include composites and abrasive discs. Currently, our manufacturing team consists of 390 employees divided across Germany, Hungary and China. In addition to synthetic fibres such as PET and PP, technical fibres such as glass and oxidised polyacrylonitrile are used. Depending on requirements, Ziegler fleeces can be water-repellent (hydrophobic), oil-repellent (oleophobic), flame-retardant and/or have insulating properties. They can be laminated with foam, leather, fabric, spun-bonded fleece, film or a number of other materials. We are certified in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEKO TEX Standard 100.

TPS has been developing and producing industrial washing machines since 1996. One of the strengths of the TPS manufacturing team is developing solutions customised to our customers' requirements and needs and manufacturing them 100% at our 2000 m² production halls. Thanks to the very high level of in-house production, our product range varies from cleaning solutions for small turned and milled parts only weighing a few grams, to bulk batches for the heat treatment industry weighing 40 tonnes, and very long components, such as frame longitudinal beams measuring up to 12 metres in length. TPS not only constructs custom washing technology but also offers customers a complete solution with linkages, platforms and component handling on request.
