We manufacture mechanical fasteners, machine parts and CNC machined made-to-order parts. Among other items, our product range includes: – CNC milled parts to customer specifications – Fitting keys in accordance with DIN 6885 – Sunk keys in accordance with DIN 6886 – Tangential keys in accordance with DIN 271 – T-slot nuts in accordance with DIN 508 and rhombus slots nuts – Gib head keys in accordance with DIN 6887 – Grooved pins in accordance with ISO 8746 (DIN 1476), ISO 8747 (DIN 1477) – Tubular rivets in accordance with DIN 7340, DIN 7339 on request – Woodruff keys in accordance with DIN 6888. In addition, we can manufacture almost all DIN parts in a modified form as made-to-order parts. The following machining methods are available: Sawing, milling, drilling, counterboring, thread cutting (including inch and American standard threads), surface grinding and barrel finishing. Our parts are used in a wide variety of industries, such as mechanical engineering, the electrical and electronics industry, gearbox manufacturing and the construction industry, among many others.

Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. From 1 to 2500 kg, everything from large bathtubs to small chocolate moulds can be cast. Commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been successfully working with our system for years. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary. They impress with high stability, compressive strength and a permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C. ALWA POR is suitable for vacuum deep drawing and forming processes as well as aeration for aquariums, fish ponds and sewage treatment plants, ventilation of injection and blow moulds, all processes with hot air and steam, vacuum clamping technology, filter applications, air film sliding technology, foundry, etc.

With great expertise in craftsmanship, Niro Präzisionstechnik manufactures complex individual parts and assemblies made of thin stainless steel sheets up to 4 mm in thickness. We specialise in the perfect processing of V2A and V4A stainless steel sheets and titanium alloys, aluminium and other high-quality materials. Thanks to our manufacturing conditions, we can also fulfil the standards for products in clean room applications. Our employees have profound material knowledge and extensive technical and crafting experience. We produce precision parts such as funnels, Y-pipes, reductions and transitions (e.g. round to angular) as well as housing according to your drawings, sketches, models or technical requirements. We can process surfaces of any desired structure up to an area of 1000 x 2000 mm. We are a medium-sized family business with decades of experience in sheet metal work. The company is now operated by the third generation.
