Since then, SAMAG engineers have constantly contributed to improving the quality and efficiency of production processes through pioneering developments and outstanding technological performances. Today, with a team of about 120 employees at our Saalfeld site, we are a successful player in the machine manufacturing business. Our machines and equipment are used around the world in numerous sectors including the automobile industry, tool and mould making and the mechanical engineering sector. SAMAG is synonymous with: Highly-productive CNC machining centres, automation, stable deep drilling technology setting the highest standards as well as special machines for specific and, most importantly, more efficient production lines. Today we are one of the leading manufacturers of: •multi-spindle horizontal machining centres •deep drilling milling centres •deep drilling machines •travelling column machining centres •special machines/customer-specific machine solutions. Our product portfolio also includes so-called retrofit machines. We give old SAMAG tooling machines a new lease of life, returning them to an outstanding and fully-functional condition. IMH is specialised in the manufacture, delivery and assembly of piping for applications such as biogas plants, waste water plants, painting plants, gas and air piping, paint sludge processing plants and leaching for the automotive industry and general industry. We also manufacture plants and their components at our site in Burgtonna, central Germany, and assemble them on site. Whether working in Germany or abroad, every job presents us with new tasks and challenges which require us to prove our capabilities time and time again. IMH currently employs 16 fitters, some of whom are deployed around the world, and a secretary based in Burgtonna. Our company is made up of qualified pipe fitters, TÜV-tested TIG welders and metalworkers. We process the following materials at our assembly halls and at construction sites: Stainless steel, normal steel, galvanised steel, plastics (such as PVC, PP, PE-HD, PVDF) and copper.
