In Tuzla Orhanli, in a production area of 150 m2, Jib Industrial Metal Electronic Device Boxes San. and tic. Ltd. Şti.it started its activities with its name and initially managed to meet the needs of companies operating in various fields such as industrial weighing systems, telecommunications, defense industry in terms of mechanical forming. In line with our vision and mission values, we have invested in the first CNC press brake, twist, and then laser cutting machine with the demands of our customers. In 2016, we moved to the CHEMISTS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE with an indoor area of 2, 000 m2 and an outdoor area of 2, 000 m2. In addition, we have allocated 800 m2 of the section as an electro-static powder coating area. Using state-of-the-art chemicals with automatic spray washing line and robot guns, quality continues its march in line with its first goal. In a short time, with its perseverance and diligence, it has established itself as an approved supplier of the leading companies in the sector. Our young and experienced staff has adopted the quality concept as its primary goal in metal forming and dressing and has made serious investments to produce quality products. The new machine park and its new construction will not give up customer satisfaction and quality understanding as a target in the next process. FIBERFIL S.p.A. was founded in 1995 when the current owners acquired the Casnigo (Prov. Bergamo) branch from Radici Group. From 1995 to the end of 2007, FIBERFIL S.p.A. produced polyester fibre for the automotive sector, operating solely as a contractor. At the beginning of 2008, the company acquired a new portfolio of customers who use polyester fibre for a wide range of industrial applications, and in May 2012 moved to new premises in Via Provinciale Valle Seriana, remaining in Casnigo. The new establishment covers 40, 000 m2 (20, 000 indoors) and has an extrusion system which, at full capacity, enables it to produce approx. 1, 700-2, 000 kg/hour of discontinuous polyester fibres, equivalent to 14 to 15, 000 tons per year. Manufacturing is in a continuous cycle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which give us a great amount of flexibility.
