HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH has been active in the areas of shredding technology and recycling centres for over 25 years, and is a brand name for reliability, high performance and quality. Thanks to the well-known "HAMMEL Two-Shaft-Principle", high-performance machinery is developed that is easy to service and maintain. The shredders are suitable for universal use with waste wood, fresh wood, root stocks, sleepers, bulky waste, industrial waste and domestic waste, as well as processing car bodies, used tyres and aluminium. The product range includes mobile and stationary primary crushers (type VB 450/650/750/850, VB 950 RED GIANT, VB 1500) and secondary crushers (type NZS 700/NZS 1000). The range is complemented by sorting and separating technology that works as a combinable installation. The "Original" HAMMEL shredders are planned and manufactured in Bad Salzungen, Germany. With a strong sales and service network, HAMMEL is active in almost all countries in the world.

Carl Schmidt Sohn AG – tradition since 1829. Carl Schmidt was a qualified blacksmith when he founded CARL SCHMIDT SOHN together with his son in 1829. Its name would go around the world, would become a brand and endures to this day. In its early days, the young company initially specialised in the manufacture of swords. Thanks to its geographic location next to the Wupper river and the local deposits of iron ore and wood for coal, the city of Solingen in western Germany had ideal conditions for metalworking. At the time, no-one could have suspected that Solingen would some day become the centre of the cutting tool industry and that "made in Solingen" would become synonymous with outstanding products and first-rate quality all over the world. Carl Schmidt and his son ran the company extremely successfully from the outset. After just a year, they employed 100 blacksmiths, grinders and labourers. Its close proximity to the city of Cologne is virtually perfect for its extensive bulk production and distribution because Cologne is currently one of the largest and most prosperous trading centres in Germany. This meant that products from CARL SCHMIDT SOHN travelled all around the world from the beginning. Cutting tools from Solingen would soon be considered as hallmarks of the best quality and workmanship. What's more, it achieved this reputation at a time when it took a lot of time for news to spread. Today, customers are simply impressed by the quality and excellence of swords, sabres, knives and shears from Solingen.
