In Tuzla Orhanli, in a production area of 150 m2, Jib Industrial Metal Electronic Device Boxes San. and tic. Ltd. Şti.it started its activities with its name and initially managed to meet the needs of companies operating in various fields such as industrial weighing systems, telecommunications, defense industry in terms of mechanical forming. In line with our vision and mission values, we have invested in the first CNC press brake, twist, and then laser cutting machine with the demands of our customers. In 2016, we moved to the CHEMISTS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE with an indoor area of 2, 000 m2 and an outdoor area of 2, 000 m2. In addition, we have allocated 800 m2 of the section as an electro-static powder coating area. Using state-of-the-art chemicals with automatic spray washing line and robot guns, quality continues its march in line with its first goal. In a short time, with its perseverance and diligence, it has established itself as an approved supplier of the leading companies in the sector. Our young and experienced staff has adopted the quality concept as its primary goal in metal forming and dressing and has made serious investments to produce quality products. The new machine park and its new construction will not give up customer satisfaction and quality understanding as a target in the next process. FEHRMANN Materials produces industrial-grade, high-performance aluminium and can meet the highest demands and requirements. We develop high-performance aluminium alloys for 3D printing, casting and extrusion applications for other vendors and we use these ourselves for the industrial production of sand-casting parts. Fehrmann is a one-stop shop distributor for established 3D printing metal powders such as tool steel powder (1.2709), stainless steel powder 316L, AlSi10Mg, TiAl6V4 powdered alloy (fine/coarse) and CoCr powder. By up scaling quantities, combined with optimised storage and quality assurance, we bring together the advantages of international trade to meet the availability and quality requirements of our customers and promote 3D printing. An additional focus is the development of an aluminium alloy (AlMgty®) with particular mechanical properties – known as high-performance alloys. These are used for casting (sand, chill and die casting) as well as in extrusion and additive manufacturing/3D printing (LPBF/SLM and DED). As experts in aluminium alloys, we place great emphasis on quality and reliability. We aim to always create added value for our customers.
